"Seriously, It's like their Dialysis"

I very rarely write much about my oh so fabolous job...however, this is definitely blog worthy. Can i just say, TANOREXIA?
Some of you may not be familiar with this new found disease. And believe me, it is no laughing matter- my mom recently informed me that it has become an actual disease (again, this is not a joke). Basically, it is someone who HAS to tan...someone that is addicted to tanning.
I wish that i had my camera today to take pictures of the LINE OUT THE DOOR of girls (and some guys) waiting to get their tan on. Now, i love that they are there... These people keep a roof over our head! BUT!! at some point you would think that they would stop coming, right? Wrong!
You tell them:
"The wait for that bed is 78 minutes".
They say:
"sure! put my name down"!!
I just have never seen anything like it.

All the while, the girls that i work with are amazing so it makes the line out the door and 26 dirty tanning beds seem not so stressful.

We threw my "little" sister Kendra a lingerie party this past weekend (People say ALL the time that she looks younger than me, and truth be told i am about 4 years younger). but, that is beside the point. We threw her a shower and she ended up getting a lot of really nice things! We had originally invited around 15 people and only one showed up!!!! No joke. However, it turned out great and way more her style, i think. Jenn, Kelly, Kendra, Becca and I went out to eat at only the finest....Cheesecake Factory. It was (of course) delish! We had amazing dinner and then they all had cheesecake. Kendra told me i had to get some but i resisted and watched all of them enjoy theirs. I had one bite of Beccas and my teeth almost fell out on the table! it was so sweet that i could have killed over right there. We came back to the house and made some adult punch that mama fay had given me the recipe to. I enjoyed it and josh and i are still sippin on it tonight. Ayden Claire stayed the weekend with us and was sweet as always, you barely know she is around- although i must say...she has become way more vocal since last time i saw her. she really is learning how to use her voice and it is really cute. It was a nice, realaxing weekend. By the way- Kendra is getting married in 3 weeks!! here are so pics...

Michael, is that you??

We had some friends come visit from Conway. Ragen, Amanda and Jessica came in only to stay for the weekend. We had a fun time and we went out one night to see a Michael Jackson tribute band which was tons of fun! The Michael look-a-like was actually a little scary considering he danced and sang just like him- his facial features were even identical. i took a few pictures but it does no justice.

I am going to try to start keeping track of all the funny things that the girls come up with. I know my friend Amy from Conway kept a journal of all the sweet and funny things that Cooper said. so, i am going to try to keep up with it on here. i figure i will just jot them down whenever i can, to humor my small but meaningful audience here on blogger. here goes...
